HI I'm KATY, and I'm fortunate to run a business in an industry that I'm truly passionate about, Personal Development. I am a born and bred English girl based in London with 2 beautiful grown up children.
Starting out my working career as a waitress to joining the Royal Air Force and then becoming a Founder and Director of my own Consultancy Business.
My new online business allows us me to have the life I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve worked hard throughout my career and this new opportunity has also allowed me to play hard! With the flexibility of being able to run my business wherever I am in the world, being able to travel and have more precious time with family and friends, it has truly been a life changing decision.
With a newfound family on the other side of the world in NZ, it has meant that I am able to spend quality time getting to know them and explore the wonderful Country they live in. I'm so very passionate about working with motivated individuals who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives. Most of the people I work with are located within their hometowns, yet we all share a common goal….

MY BUSINESS JOURNEY: I started out in the Royal Air Force a job I loved as it gave me access to travel and sporting opportunities, but it was a 365 day a year role. My time was governed by my superiors and being moved to different camps when needed with a few months’ notice became hard.
STUCK ON THE HAMSTER WHEEL: Leaving the military and starting a new family, I became the wife of a Serviceman and moved from job role to job role to facilitate the additional income we needed. I was always pushing and determined to make a difference in every professional position I took on, and as the level of my roles increased so did the hours but not the income increase to match. I had lost my freedom…. and was working all hours to service others.
CAREER CHALLENGES: I took the plunge and decided to start up my own Business Consultancy business, after all I was a serial networker and had a lot of contacts so this would be easy right? Little did I know that as a ‘one-man band’ starting up my own business, it was going to be a very steep learning curve. I had support be it minimal, and was very much trial and error on every decision I made. My tenacity and work ethic began to push me through, but the income was ad-hoc each month, and as soon as money came in it went straight out again so was hard to make any profits from all the hard work.
TIME FOR CHANGE: I knew something had to change – I wasn’t able to sustain the working hours, time with my children, close family and friends. Personal development, mental health and wellbeing have always been incredibly important to me, and not having the time and opportunity to even practise these was crushing. I needed to refocus, put the time in for me and began on my personal development journey. Through podcasts, reading and research I found myself immersing myself and applying for opportunities to do good within the personal development world and share with others what I was learning. That is what led me to the online personal development business I run today.
THE BUSINESS – THE LIGHTBULB MOMENT: I am so proud of my business, sharing award winning top level Personal Development products to all. Supporting the UK and Europe market which is on my doorstep, I can also easily reach out globally due to the ease of this being an online business.
